Job Description
- Contract Length: 5 month - Ongoing
- Shift Details: 7a-7p unless otherwise noted
- Work Details:
- Support Staff: CRNAs
- Patients per day: 50-60
- Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
- Practice Setting: Hospital / Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
- License Required: Active AZ license
- Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
