Job Description
Locum Anesthesiologist needed in Western Arizona.
- Specialty: Anesthesiologist
- Practice Setting: Inpatient - clincial hours + call
- Dates/Coverage Needed: As soon as Credentialed - full-time for 3 months w/ option to extend. Combination of OR workdays and call days.
- Case Mix: All types of cases are listed; not necessarily all are required. Working to get more clarity on this, but please list any cases your provider is or isn't comfortable with
- Credentialing Time-Frame: temps are possible with an active AZ license
- Active Arizona License Required?: Yes, provider must have active or in process of being renewed AZ license
- Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes
