- Start: ASAP
- 8 hour shifts, 40 hour week
- Must handle OB cases and beeper call. Post call day off
- Annual Case Volume – 11,000 OB Volume – 920/year
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist
- Active FL License
- DEA
- CV. EPA must be submitted in presentation
- Types of Cases: Thoracic, General, GYN, Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, Urology, GI and C-Sections to 2 hospitals and one ASC
- Can grant temp privileges
