Job Description
Locum CRNA needed in western, Illinois
- Specialty: CRNA
- Dates of Coverage/Schedule: CRNA has to be able to cover the following dates
- 2/20-2/24
- 3/6-3/10
- + at least 1 week/month ongoing.
- CRNA needs to be able to work a 5x8 schedule.
- The hours are from 7a-3:30p and the provider will get a 30 min lunch every day during this time frame.
- Case Mix: General, GI, Ortho, GYN. 11 OR's at the main hospital and 3 at the surgery center
- Staffing Mix: CRNA's are part of the anesthesia care team with anesthesiologists
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 6 weeks
- Active IL License Required: Active license is Highly preferred as the IL licensing process is quite lengthy
- Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: All covered
