Job Description
Northwest Ohio locum CRNA
- Start Date: July 1
- Duration: Typically month to month. Open to 3 months.
- Practice Setting: Orthopedic Surgery Center
- Schedule: MON, TUE, THUR, FRI. 12 hour shifts
- Patient Ages: All ages. Peds would be Sports Medicine only.
- In-Patient/Out-Patient: Inpatient
- On Call: No
- Case Types: Ortho only
- Credentialing: Up to 45 days
- 100% independent
Requirements:
- Preferred Active MO License.
- Board Certification/Board Eligible: Certified CRNA
- DEA/CSR Requirements: YES
- COVID Vaccination: Required
