Specialty: CRNA (x2)
Reason for need: 2 CRNAs are retiring
Practice Setting: Good Samaritan Hospital & Heartland ASC Surgery
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning June 5, 2023 for 4 months w/ the potential to continue to extend.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's. No weekends/no call.
EMR System: EPIC
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
Active Nebraska License Required?: Yes, required, or IMLC
Certifications Required?: ACLS, BLS, PALS
COVID Vaccination Required?: Yes
Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Yes
